Great product

Great product tons of space and areas for different things. Main bag space is large and fits everything I could need

Good pack, sturdy

The only issue I have with it is the main space zipper always gets stuck in the fabric overlay as you zip it up. Otherwise, it has lots of room and lots of features.

Sub par zippers

I loved this bag and used it daily for about 2 months, all of the sudden 2 of the zippers no longer close the teeth together. I originally had nothing bad to say about the bag but the zippers have rendered the backpack unusable

Not really a laptop backpack, but it works pretty well

Edit: I've updated my review to 4 stars. I've used this bag as a laptop bag, and it's worked fine. I added a rolled-up t-shirt in the bottom of the bag to protect my laptop when putting the bag on the floor. There are so many zippered compartments; actually kept finding more the more I used the bag. It's held up well in snow and rain, and looks brand new. My original comments about the lack of padding (even though it's easy, you shouldn't have to add a rolled-up shirt) and the lack of a way of securing your laptop remain. I do recommend this bag. Old review: The bag looks nice. There isn't a good way to secure a laptop in the bag; it only has a flimsy pouch inside the main zippered compartment. No straps to keep it from moving around inside the bag. There isn't much padding. When you set the bag down, the bottom of the bag is going to sit on the floor. There is no padding on the bottom, there is only padding on the back. There should be padding surrounding the entire compartment. It seems as though this bag is being advertised as a laptop backpack because the manufacturer wanted to be able to say "yes, we make laptop bags". I would recommend this bag as a regular backpack, but not as a laptop backpack. I'm disappointed with the purchase.

Good cargo style backpack

I work construction, so I wanted a sturdy backpack and this was perfect. Good amount of small pockets to fit all my tools and a decent laptop sleeve. Only thing that’s missing is a water bottle slot.
