Awkward fit, male application
I got this outfit for a costume party to go as Finnick, it’s an awkward fit, but not in the way you would expect, especially considering it is designed for women. The chest area, shoulder and sleeves fit amazingly, although the sleeves are a bit short like other have said. I’m a slimmer guy, so my waist area does not fill this outfit in at all, it’s baggy and ends up making my midsection look very straight as the fabric drapes from my upper back down to my butt. The lower abdominal area has a bit of extra material and is a bit awkward looking. The butt has an alright fit, and then the legs are kind of straight looking. I don’t look awful in it so it’s gonna work, but thinking about getting it altered to bring the waist in. The zipper seems alright, despite what others have said, I have been cautious with it though because of other reviews. It is a comfortable material. The knee pads are whatever, they don’t really add much to the outfit except for making my legs a bit more shapely. I got the Large size and I’m 5’9”, pretty spot on for my height. The sleeves are short of course but the pant sleeves fall perfectly at my ankles. Gonna try washing and drying it to see if maybe it will shrink a bit and help the fit. I’d say considering how long ago the movie came out, $40 isn’t a terrible price point for the outfit. All packaged costumes are always more expensive than what they’re worth, but I’m not mad about this purchase. Seems like their stock is dwindling and I wouldn’t think they’d produce more so it’s cool to get them while they’re still here

Katniss costume
Decent costume. As mentioned in other reviews the arms are short and narrow as well. It did get a couple holes by the end of the evening so don’t expect it to hold up more than one wear.

Purchase Price: $35 Size: Medium Arrived within two days through Amazon Prime. The zipper busted the minute I put it on, but with the help of my mother, we were able to replace it. This thing fits perfectly. I'm 5' 7.5" with I guess a slim build. It itches a bit on my thumb from where the fabric pulls--I'm assuming it would fit better with someone with shorter arms, but that's not enough of a complaint for me to dock anything. This is probably also the most comfortable cosplay I've ever worn. It doesn't hug too much that it's restricting, but it clings well. I highly recommend as long as you're willing to do a little sewing touch-up or replacement for the zipper.

The sleeves are EXTREMELY short. It's supposed to reach to your thumbs, and it kind of does, but then you have to kind of pull the sleeves down which pulls the fabric away from your chest/armpits a little. They also reach down like capris. What's nice is that the knee pads aren't attached, so you can position them and then I'd recommend a stitch or two so they don't fall down. I tried a medium after the small, and it was HUGE. Not much longer, honestly, but about 2x wider. I was pretty bummed. I kept the small, the legs and arms are a little itchy. Good news is the arms are padded around the elbow and stuff, and at 5'5ish it's a little short in the zipper, too, so I'm afraid if I bend down too far I might rip the seam a little, but on the whole it's not bad. Doesn't ride up, doesn't look awkward. If you have boots the legs will be fine. (not even tall boots just like ankle ones) and then I'd just not bother with the sleeves being done right unless someone wants a picture.

A little short in legs and sleeves, but not too bad
I am 5'5" and 127lbs. with an athletic build. The medium is a little loose in The lower back and midsection of the front but other than that it is a nice fit. The costume's material is better than I expected. It's a thicker polyester than thin polyester leggings. It's a full body suit with thumb holes at the wrist. The sleeves are a little short, but not really too bad since I can still fit my thumbs into the thumb holes. The pant legs are slightly above my ankles, but not enough to look odd. Plus I'm covering them with black socks and boots. One of the seems split apart making an open seem, but nothing a little stitch can't fix. Overall, it's a great costume that I expected to have some downfalls because it's a full body suit one piece and because it was pretty inexpensive. However, I know I'll have this costume for a long time because of the thickness of the material.

So comfortable!
I've officially had this cosplay for over a year now and it's by far one of the most comfortable ones that I own! I've done an underwater photoshoot, climbed a tree, and have worn this to a convention with no issues while attending any of those events! I did have to repair the zipper at one point when I was cosplaying at home, but it was such an easy fix for a beginner at sewing like myself that I wouldn't worry about it too much

Bought this costume for my daughter and it fit as expected. I purchased the woman's costume after looking at the sizing chart. She is in between tween and woman's sizes right now and it was a little big in some areas and tight in others. I expected this. The problem I have is that it came with a HOLE in the seam. It was obviously due to poor workmanship in the sewing. I could tell that it was new and never worn but because of the need to wear it right away I sewed it up and the costume was worn. Who knows if I would have returned it for another if the new costume would have come to me with a hole in it too. BUT for the price it was worth it.

Nice Costume; A Little Too Big
Costume looks good and is pretty comfortable. I ordered a medium (I'm 5'1, 124 lbs, and my measurements were in the medium range for bust and the very beginning of the large range for waist). Despite that, it's actually a bit too big--there's a lot of room in the torso area in particular. Not sure if a small would fit better or end up being too small, and it looks good enough that I think I will just keep the medium.

pretty good quality
Fit my 11 yo daughter perfect. She absolutely loved it. The only negative is that the thread is not real durable. The first day wearing it a lot of them popped. Overall, I would say she is really happy with it

great costume
this was perfect for my hunger games cosplay - even as a bigger girl it fit nicely and i felt quite comfortable in it ( a little bit seethrough so i recommend to wear something underneath

Tight
Tight fitting but my daughter loved it. I ordered an adult size thinking she would have room, as she's currently a size 10-12 in kids sizes. The packaging was pretty much wrecked for it though.

Doesn’t fit as expected
Didn’t fit as expected, the arms were way too short and as were the legs. Okay material though. I ordered a small (8-10) and I’m usually either of them but it was too short in the arms and legs. But the next size up would be too baggy.

Sizes are small
Custom as expected. Nothing over the top and glad I ordered an adult small for my 11 year old daughter fit her perfect and she is average size.
