lack of communication on their part

they sent me the wrong one the first time (their fault) i had to wait until they received the wrong one back even though they said they sent out the new one on the 4th of july to get the correct one

The 5x mirror makes my face long and does not magnify as it should.

I dislike the way 5x mirror made my face long. I would have returned it but I threw the box away before I tried to use the 5x mirror. The 5x mirror is a piece of trash. You should refund my money.

Grossly distorting.

Grossly distorting. Although labeled 5x it seems like a 20x needing to be used from only a few inches away for the center to be clear but the outer 2/3rds is still grossly distorted. Returned. Thank you Amazon.

Crystal Clear Mirror

When I took the product out of the box, I noticed that the mirror was a bit blurry and scratched. I was very disappointed. BUT THEN I realized that there was a protective film on the surface of the mirror. I removed the thin plastic layer to reveal a crystal clear reflection that does not fog up even in the steamiest shower! Wonderful product for a great price. Just remember to remove the protective cover! :)

Absolute Junk! Waste of money...

The mirror fell out of the housing while opening the package. That would not have been a big deal as I could easily glue in back in place myself however, the mirror is actually distorted. I had purchased this same brand about 5 years ago so, I thought this would be fine. This is complete junk. At least I am only out $18 USD. Shame, shame! The photo won't upload for some reason.

Poor quality

When I removed the protective film it left a residue that could not be removed. When I tried to wash it off the back of the mirror filled up w water and won’t drain out. Do not buy!

Worthless Mirrror Goes in the Trash

This mirror is completely distorted. Looks like a funhouse mirror. One can really only see about a 1" diameter area with ANY clarity - and IT is even somewhat distorted. Complete waste of money. Suction cups seem sturdy though.
