My child is 11 years old. He's large fit his age but usually wears a medium. This medium looked more like a child's medium rather than a men's. It is 100% cotton, too.

I would rather write a 1 star review so this shirt does not increase in popularity or price. My new go to blank t. I’m in my early 30s, 6’1 205 with athletic build and an XL fits great. Not tight in unflattering places.
