Covers canvases, but be aware...

I have been using this for a few years and mostly love it for its thickness/ ability to cover old canvasses from goodwill (there are some pretty atrocious, gawd-awful bright/ obnoxious, mass-produced and homemade art out there! Lol. )and although this stuff is LOVELY at covering it all, it DOES yellow after a year...so...my recomendation is to add a top layer of 'archival' quality white paint...Golden brand or even Liquitex( which isn't exactly archival, but it doesn't yellow). I use this as a 'gesso' for collage pieces, because it will mostly be covered by paper, but if you don't want slight yellowing, use ARCHIVAL/ UV GESSO

Amazing!

Thick and pure haha I use it as a base coat and to paint over colors and it works amazing you can also put a little water to make it lighter to spread
