Poor Quality

After only a few uses the line is unraveling. Does not work well with my windless as it is coming apart and fraying. Just not a good quality line. If your using a windless buy a better line.

Be Sure of Yout Purchase! High Restocking Fee!

To Be Clear, my 1 star is not for the product (since I never used it or even removed the plastic wrapping) but rather the seller - Harvard Marine. After receipt of my anchor line (3/8" x 200' - 3 strand nylon), I changed my mind and retutned it. The rope was still sealed in original plastic wrapping on the spool and sent back in original shipping box. I was charged a 27% restocking fee! IMO this is not reasonable.

good rope, bad thimble - not for

used the rope for a few weeks and the thimble rusted in the salt water and turned the rope brown. when you spend this much money on a good rope, i expected to get a stainless thimble, or even galvanized, but it is not. cheap steel. I'll buy another brand next time.

Rusty Thimble stains everything.

I purchased this rope for my Pioneer 197 Sportfish. Initially I was pleased with the performance and look. Unfortunately it comes with a thimble that is not marine quality. Rust stains in my hatch and now throughout the rope. Looks 10 years old now and needs a new thimble.
