If you don't have quite a stong hands or fitting is somewhere where it's hard to reach it will be quite challenging.

Works good

Works good, but can accomplish same with an adjustable or correct size open end wrench. This tool is probably less of a hassle though, designed for the job .

Didn’t have to try

I did some plumbing under bathroom sink. I used the shark bite attachment. That worked so good…I only bought this as a backup plan. Didn’t have to have it…but for the price, I would recommend having this ahead of time.

Works but not without a struggle

This tool is used to push in the Sharkbite collar so you can remove the fitting. I had to push for all I was worth to get it to work. I've seen several DIY ways of doing it that looked easier. I'm sure there's a trick to it but I only had to use it twice so take this with a grain of salt.

Didn't need it

I bought this in case I had problems installing a 1-1/4" SharkBite valve. But everything worked out, so I didn't need to use this disconnect clip. However, I'll keep it just in case things change.

Does not work on the 1-1/4" sharkbit fittings I have.

It is too small and the fittings I used have 4 lugs around the brass part of the fittings, not on the black plastic part. Just be careful when ordering.

Just buy these, they make it so easy to remove sharbites

It makes it easier and you don't damage your fittings compared to using an adjustable wrench. Works on any pipe material.
