Conditioning maybe but not soft hair with good slip

I have been using this for a few weeks. I have dark blond color treated shoulder length wavy hair. I wanted a deep moisturizing treatment for the winter dryness. I don’t think this helped but it didn’t hurt either. The texture of the product is super thick and a little grainy you really have to comb it through it didn’t seem like my hair absorbed it. Whether I left it on for awhile or just a few minutes the result wasn’t the soft slick hair I was expecting. Honestly I feel like a good everyday moisturizing conditioner or leave in spray worked better.

Made a huge difference! Very absorbent

I have thick, medium porosity, 15 in. hair with a 3b/3c curl pattern and I've been using a certain pomade in my hair and it made my hair very dry and DAMAGED like to the point my hair was breaking and falling out. I used regular shampoo and conditioner but my hair was still noticeably dry so I decided to this one on my next wash day. It's thick but has a very good amount of slip so a little goes a long way and it VERY absorbent, like it literally melted into my hair and I could instantly feel my strands smooth out. I left it in for about an hour and afterwards my curls were A LOT more defined and frizz free. Didn't even think it was gonna make this big of a difference tbh. Since I wash my hair once a week I say this would last me about 3-4 washes worth. I would definitely recommend.

Really moisturizing

As others have mentioned, this product has absolutely no slip and is extremely thick, so applying it to tangled hair is gonna be a bad time. However, when applied to detangled hair, I think it works extremely well. My hair is fine, dry, prone to breakage, and protein sensitive, and this mask works excellently to restore moisture. It feels very protective, and I have even used it as a leave in with really nice results. The smell is neither here nor there; it doesn’t smell amazing but it’s very subtle so basically a non issue. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the difficulty in application if your hair is not perfectly detangled.

I received the wrong product!!!!

Furthermore, I had asked for a product in the light yellow and white packaging, precisely because it is made 100% with natural products, as I am allergic and cannot use certain products. But what I received was this product in the dark yellow packaging. and beige. I received the wrong product! Terrible!!! I won't even be able to use it, due to allergies. I want to know how this can be resolved.

It definitely helps

my hair has been so dry and damaged recently as I completed neglected it this whole year. I had used this mask in the first lock down and it helped my hair a lot so now I’m back to using it and stopped abandoning my hair . This mask + alma oil = healthy growth
