Works great

This just keeps going and going and going...
I bought one of these in 2014 to power a small irrigation system fed by a rainwater collection tank. It's pumped 32,000 gallons so far, so a bit under 15 gallons a day. In 2020 it started getting noisy because the screws holding the pump head to the motor had worked loose from the vibrations, breaking the threads in the process. I put in some temporary bolts to hold it down while I ordered a replacement pump to swap in when it died. The replacement pump is still in the box and the original pump is going like a champ! Very good value for the money; this pump runs nearly every day (except when it rains and irrigation isn't needed) and does a great job running off a solar-charged 12V battery. Pro tip: If the pump starts getting louder than when it was new (it's usually a very polite hummmm), tighten the four screws that attach the pump head to the motor. The pump will run quietly again and likely run for years and years...

Noisy pump
This is a direct replacement for my 2019 Dutch Star. I is so noisy that I am going to replace it with something else.

Great pump
I had to get a replacement for the first pump due to being unable to get a leak to stop on one fitting. The replacement pump came very quickly and it works like a charm. It is quiet, offers high volume operations and it doesn’t have the “cycle on and off” problem with some pumps. No header tank needed for this one. Five stars except for the replacement issue that can happen with anything. Kudos to the retailer that replaced the pump so quickly.

More pressure than some hookups...
Awesome pressure. Has more constant flow and pressure than some hook ups do! You can’t feel the water surge and pressure stays constant the entire time. Works great for my washer/dryer. Highly recommended. It’s a little bigger than my old pump.

So far, so good.
Replaced another Shurflo pump for this higher capacity pump. Other than needing some minor pressure switch adjustments after the simple install it’s working perfectly.

Pump requires constant adjustments
Although the pump works fine the pressure adjustment is not remaining constant. This means accessing the pump 3 to 4 times during week long stay to reset pressure.
