Generously sized---But

These Simpli-Magic laundry bags arrived larger than the 28" x 36" specified size; I didn't mind this at all because I anticipated they would probably shrink a bit when washed. I ordered two sets of these bags. When I received these bags I hand washed them in a large bin along with four sets of 24" x 36" laundry bags that I bought from another amazon.com vendor. Both these bags and the other bags were difficult to saturate with water; I noticed they had large unsaturated blotches as I was washing them so I kept adding a little bit detergent to the bins and swished the bags around until they were thoroughly saturated with water. I'm really glad I washed these and the other bags before using them because a lot of dark color came off the bags in the wash and rinse water. These larger bags looked a little darker before I washed them but I think most of the color came off the smaller sized bags. These larger bags now look a little lighter than the color shown for them on my computer screen. The ones I measured after they dried are 28"by 36" or slightly larger than that size. These are very light weight bags, not what I would consider heavy duty. I'm not happy with that the seam where the cords are inserted were not sewn as well as they should be. I am going to have to sew those areas before using these bags because the seam on one of the bags started detaching just from being washed and I can see that with repeated use that will happen with the remaining bags.

Guess what, they're laundry bags

They're roomy. They feel sturdy and durable. I didn't want any fancy designs, just something to get the job done. Recommended.

Great laundry bags for storing dirty laundry until wash day.

I was in need of some laundry bags for storing dirty clothes until wash day. I needed something durable at a decent price so I took a chance on these. I'm glad I did. So far these seem really well built and sturdy. When full they are a bit heavy but they do exactly what I wanted. And with four of them you can even sort your laundry as you bag it so come wash day you job is much easier. If you don't do laundry every day. I recommend these. Don't let your laundry pile up in the corner for everyone to trip over. Bag it and store it out of the way.

Nice but wish they were thicker.

These were large like I needed but I really thought they'd be thicker. And one had to be seen in the corner because the stitching came out in the wash.

They're OK. Using to cover stored items - not as a laundry bag.

Honestly, grabbed the cheapest bags I could find. Only using them to cover stored items - not using as a laundry bag, but slipping over the top to protect some items in storage. Definitely better than plastic, since the material breathes. They're not bad, but they are cheap and as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for!" :)

Watch out for the string closing the bag

The cheap nylon-like string frayed on two of the bags after the first washing. Pretty sure the other two will also fray next time they are washed. Will need to replace strings with a more durable ones soon.

Très pratique! Utilisé pour gestion d’une buanderie. Fácil d’utilisation et durable. Fermeture pas aussi forte, et non imperméable. Bon produit dans sa conception.
