Waterproof Cool

I really like these shoes. They are sturdy, warm, waterproof, and stylish. I use them as daily shoe but originally had bought them strictly for hiking. They trap the heat in the winter so they are like wearing a boot but warmer because the hot air from your feet stays in, while the cold and wet stay out. In summer, it would probably be good to have a regular, breathable shoe for non rainy days. Overall, super impressed, and will buy again.

Survived a full year of wearing every day

I wore these shoes everyday for over a year, & they only now are worn out. Laces never wore out, which is usually a problem. Fairly comfortable. My foot did not roll as it does in most shoes. Kept my feet dry, but my feet sweat a lot in them. Tread remained for a long time.

Great Quality but Inconsistent Sizing

These shoes were great quality and attractively designed but the pair I received was sized too small. The same shoe and size fit great in a store but the pair I received fit very tightly. There were so nice, but regretfully I had to return them.

Overall they are comfortable and ok BUT

the shoe laces get loose gradually during ~15 minutes of walking and force me to stop and tie them again. it is annoying especially because the shoe is very comfortable.

I like 'em....now

These Selmen-Cormack Sketchers were not a "plug n play" fit for Johnny M. But after a couple of re-lacings they fell right in line and are now my "go to" pavement walkers for the Autumn here in the northern climes. I have a real good fit now. I find these shoes are well made, sturdy, and stylish in the gray/black version, and the water proofing will be a much welcomed feature here. I'm very happy with these Selmen-Cormacks by Sketchers.

Not well thought out

Strong sturdy pair of boots, but tongue not big enough to cover webbing stitches at the top each side, they eventually cut into your feet. Would have returned but worn outside, did adapt to prevent rubbing, but not what you'd expect from Sketchers
