I like that they're waterproof

I was concerned they would be too tight at first, as I have a wide foot. Just made it in the length (I got a size 10) but after wearing a couple of times, the width seemed okay. I like that they're waterproof, and higher than my old boots because we got a fair bit of snow in Wisconsin and I didn't have to worry about snow falling into my boots. The laces are a bit of a pain, when you loosen them off to get your foot in they tend to come out of the top grommit. I ended up tying a knot at the end of each lace to stop it from happening...works about 75% of the time. As they just fit, no chance of wearing a heavier sock in them, but I only got cold feet once so I guess that's not a problem. Overall, they should last for a few years, making them worth the $120 I paid for them.

Great boot if you mostly live in 15-30 degree weather, but runs small

These are pretty good winter boots. If you live somewhere like me where 9 times out of 10 during the winter it’s in the 20s-30s these are perfect. But I get cold pretty easy as I moved from CA to Colorado. Theyll most likely still keep your feet warm in the teens if you have thick socks, but anything colder you need a more heavy duty boot. Once again I’m a wimp when it comes to cold weather, so if you’ve grown up in the cold your whole life, you’ll probably be fine wearing these in 5 degee weather. But these are a great and well made boot, also they look wayyy cuter on than in the picture! But be warned, these do run very very small! Like I’m a size 8/8.5, and I ordered the 9 which fit me, but if I was wearing thick socks I’d need a 9.5 (which I’ll end up getting instead).

Love these boots!

I ordered these boots after reading someone’s blog about how comfortable the boots were. The winter boots I had are big and clunky, and these were mentioned to be very comfortable, like sneakers. The reviews said they were snug and to size up, but I ordered my normal size. When I first put them on they did feel like they might be too tight. But I really wanted them to work so I wore them the next day expecting to take them off after a couple of hours. The fit is like a snug pair of wool socks. The insides of the boots are soft making you feel like you have your feet in a thick sock. I wear fairly thin socks with mine. I wore these boots about 14 hours yesterday and about 16 hours today. My husband even asked if I am going to sleep in them! They are wonderful! I have not tested them in the water but I just need them to work in snow and I think they will be fine.

Best Winter Boots!

I have these boots and love them! Warm, comfortable-almost like sneakers for the snow and cold. I ordered them for my daughter for Christmas-she loves them too for all the same reasons. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the price....I bought them for far less $$ a few weeks earlier on another website....but then they were sold out everywhere except Amazon. Still, I’d highly recommend these boots - perfect for New England winters!

Nice boot

Ordered a 5 and that's what it is. Normally wear a 5.5. But the 5 was an excellent price.Usually wear 2 pair of socks with snow boots but one pair of wool socks works. My feet stay warm and dry. The are light and comfy. They probably wouldn't work in extreme cold. I have used them for 20 to 35 degree temperature. I have other I use for extreme weather. I would buy again and recommend them if you want a light duty winter boot. They are waterproof but wouldn't go wading in them they have a open tongue starting at your ankle. Stepped in many puddles and my feet have stayed dry.

Cozy, quality and practical boots...that are cute!

Size a full size up. I live in Northern Indiana (cold and snowy winters) and I only owned big bulky winter boots. I needed a light weight, WARM, comfortable boot to wear to NYC as I knew we would be walking about 7-10 miles a day site seeing. I loved these boots during the trip. They felt like sneakers, not clunky heavy boots, but offered the same benefits as my big North Face boots. I will be wearing these for winters to come here in Indiana. One day in NYC it was sleeting and all my friends were sliding around, but these had great traction. I also felt these were so cute and have received many compliments on the design.

My favorite snow boots ever!

These boots are amazing. They are the most comfortable and warm snow boots I've owned and they're actually cute! I was a little concerned about the fit, as a lot of reviewers said to size up to make room for socks, but I got my exact size and they fit perfectly even with a pair of snowboarding socks or wool socks. They are easy to put on and take off and feel like I'm wearing a pair of sneakers. They aren't too bulky and are more stylish than any other pair of functional winter boots I've had or seen. I wear these up at the ski resort when I'm not in snowboard boots and they stay warm and dry and have great traction when walking around the icy resort parking lot.

Love them! True to size

Love them! True to size. They are very warm and super comfortable like a sneaker. They open wide so it’s easy to put them on, but you can lace them up and wear a pant leg over them as well. So they aren’t bulky let many you see with the fur. My only issue is that one came damaged in the inside. Its now a pain to mail back to the UK!!

Comfortable but impractical

This boot is very stylish and comfortable but it does come with a few set backs that for me were enough to return them. Firstly the boot fits narrower than most so if you have a wider than average foot consider buying a size up or a whole other boot. Secondly, the tongue is not at all attached to the sides of the boot so if you planned on wearing this as a semi-casual winter boot in Alberta Canada you better hope we get a mild winter with less than 2” of snow at a given time, otherwise the snow is sure to make its way into your foot. And thirdly, the first and second shoelace loop from the bottom up are far enough apart that when you bend your ankle to take a step a gap opens and closes with each step. This not only looked silly to me but increased the chances of getting snow in my boot.

I absolutely love these boots ..they are everything id hoped they would be .lovely soft material while also been waterproof..comfy sole and warm for walking the dog in all weathers ..hope they are still available when theses have worn out ..well worth there money ...????????

Like a warm cozy blanket on the feet.

I absolutely love these boots! They are true to size (based of the sorel sizing guide) I love the colour, they’re lightweight, and super warm. Side note: if you have wide feet they may not be great for you as they are narrow. I have narrow feet so they hug me like a warm fuzzy glove.

Tight fit

I picked a larger size after reading the reviews. They are very narrow, comfortable but tight. They would also not be good in listed -20° they look good on though as a fashion buy but not practical.
