Could be better

It does not allow vertical placement. And it covers the remotes battery indicator and controls. It will accommodate a full size phone. Bot you cant record video while its on the bracket, not easily anyway.

It's great, just doesn't hang on to my phone tight enough

It works, and I like it although it's got a pretty limp grip on my phone like it's just not up for it. Just don't have too much fun, and stand really still and it's got it.

Meh

Like others have stated, has a hard time holding larger phones, however it is possible to use the lower half and find another phone mount online that fits the ball on top.

Poor Grip

Poorly Designed, will not work if you have a cover on your phone, Forces you to use phone unprotected then does not grip well, Grip surface is flat, no grip lugs and grip strength is weak! Great idea, poorly executed!

Absolute junk. Can barely hold a skinny phone. Let alone be usable for recordings

Way too shallow of a grip, weak spring, weak nut, absolutely junk. Spektrum should be ashamed do they even test these things? I tried it with the skinniest phone every with no case and it barely grips it. It KINDA does but as soon as you move your phone will pop out. That isn't even the worst. It's too short so you can't really angle it to take a good video recording. Spektrum is so bad that they can't even figure out a better angle for it and of course with all spektrum telemetry you need to have all their product but I just wanted this to take some nice rc shots. Spektrum failing us again. They are clearly the new traxxas it seems, but at least traxxas makes a superior phone mount

Needs major improvements in the strength of holding onto your phone.

Your phone will slip out, no questions asked. Terrible design which does not come close to holding your phone in place.
