Beautiful Shoe - Short on size and design

This is a well made shoe but the design/profile of the tongue and side leather simply makes it impossible to get them on your foot. And the solution cannot simply be sizing up - then you end up with a much bigger shoe than you normally where which is likely to promote missteps while walking, etc. I tried 3 different pairs of Stacy Adams shoes, all with this same visual profile and all had to be returned. I have worn SA shoes for years, but this styling is hard to see how it works for anyone. Hard to order online due to this. Need to be in-store to try before bothering. Too bad as it is a nice looking shoe.

I love Stacy Adams shoes...they're everything I want in a shoe... stylish, well made... comfortable... what more does anyone need in a shoe...except maybe a lower price... (without sacrificing quality, style or fit)?
