Want to look like a Studio Ghibli character?

I'm a size 12/14, so I ordered the large. It sits well between my waist and hips. The style, as many have said, is circle skirt. If you want to look like a Studio Ghibli character, this is the skirt for you! If you want to wear this as a high-waisted skirt, I'd recommend sizing down. The fabric is thick (this might be a little toasty in the summer) and matte. The color is a true black, not at all faded! I'll definitely be purchasing more of these! UPDATE: even with the recommended hand-washing, this skirt does pill! It doesn't bother me, but it started at the waist and is gradually moving down the skirt.

Almost perfect skirt

I. Love. This. Skirt. I've worn it several times now, and I feel like it goes with everything! I can easily dress it up or down depending on if I need to wear it to a work function or our running errands. The fabric is a little bit shinier than I expected, but not in a bad way. The one downside is that the elastic in the waistband tends to twist during the day, which is why I can't rate it 5 stars. But overall: great skirt, modest enough for work in a corporate office, highly recommended!

Great work piece - looks professional and stylish

I am very happy with this skirt. It is flattering on me (size 10) and can be worn out or to the office. It's made of good material and falls very nicely. I received many compliments on my outfit. Would recommend.

Cute skirt; might be a little long on shorter folks

I really love this skirt. The fabric is durable and I'm very comfortable in it. However, the skirt actually goes well past my knees. This isn't much of an issue but I was hoping for something an inch or 2 shorter. This may have happened because I'm a little short at barely 5'3".

Fine

Okay. A little smaller in the waist than I expected and not super stretchy. There’s lots of fabric to the skirt, but it looks a little cheap. I’ve been wearing it pretty regularly, but I would love it more if the waist were a little bigger and the fabric a little nicer.

Good quality skirt

Usually I regret buying clothes in general, let alone online, but this skirt was a good gamble. The material has a slinky, stretchy feel, but does not feel too thin or see-through. The waistband is elastic, but it's wide enough to not pinch and the size small is actually a small instead of a medium in disguise. The only downside is that the tag says to line dry. I accidentally put mine through the dryer before wearing it-- although the heat didn't seem to damage it, I think it shrunk a bit but really can't say for sure. Regardless, it hits below my knees and doesn't ride up too far when I sit down, so it's now my go-to work skirt.

Great addition to my work wardrobe

I really like this skirt. It's comfortable and flowy, but still looks nice. I wish the fabric was a better quality, but for the price I paid, you can't beat it. I'm a 14-16 in US sizing and the XL fit perfectly. My only complaint is that the elastic waistband sometimes folds over or twists.

The pattern print was too large

I did not like the pattern so I returned it! It would’ve been comfortable because it has an elastic waist (I think)!

Here for a short one not a long time

The fabric after a few washes turn bad and really scratchy. I’m okay with it but it not something made to last long. But I was nice.

Poor Quality Stitching

The skirt is cute and fit well and was longer than I thought it would be. If it weren't for the stitching breaking I would have given it a higher rating. It was sized correctly, but the thread is poor quality and not suitable for a stretchy, woven material. I would buy this STYLE again, but not this specific product or from this seller.
