Sizing is so strange

The media could not be loaded. I’m a true 7 so I purchased the boots in a 7. The strange part is when I received the item, the box is labeled 7, the bottom of the boot is marked a 7.5, and the inside is marked 7. The shoes were large. So I can only assume that there was some kind of manufacturing error. Worst part is it can’t be exchanged for another size but only replaced by the same exact item and exact size I originally bought. Hopefully they actually send me the right size.
