This lantern is top notch. Real wood, real glass -real nice. Not plastic or resin like in the big chain home decor stores. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Very cute for the price.

Bought it for some battery powered candles. Lightweight but seems sturdy. Cute and a good size. Not fancy but good rustic look.

Under the sea...UPDATE

UPDATE:: regarding the yellowish greenish tint on the lantern- I read where another reviewer had wiped the lantern down and was able to get rid of the coloring. So I grabbed some baby wipes and what do you know- a beautiful true brown wood stain underneath all the green goo. Where some gloves, it will stain your nails. Pictures attached. As two other reviewers had mentioned- this lantern in x-large definitely has a greenish yellow tint to it. Nothing like the brown in the pictures. I took two images with the new lantern on the right sitting next to an existing lantern (left) to show color. The lantern on the left is a true weathered brown. The lantern on the right clearly is not. Also, the handle will not stand on its own just in case anyone was wondering. Arrived in tact, no damage, seems sturdy, glass is set well and in tact, door is even, latches perfectly.... it just looks like it’s been sitting at the bottom of the sea for several years. Sitting on the top of my kitchen cabinets, will probably stain to a true brown.

Wooden Lantern

Purchased 2 different size and love them.

Cute and rustic.

It was a little smaller then what I imagined but it did measure what it was supposed to. The styrofoam was hard to get off with static. Had to clean the glass as it was dirty. It does look like something you would find at a barn flea market which was the look I was wanting. Functional door and I out a candle in it. Looks cute on my table.

Bought in for a customer (i never realised they were coming from the USA, so the price outweighs the cost of hire. Other than that they do look amazing.

Nice Rustic Lantern

It looks nice on my island along with the Stonebriar tray as shown in the picture. Very rustic. I have a LED candle in it. I do not think I would put a real candle in it. It had some rough edges that I had to sand but would still recommend.

Pretty and well made

I have 3 of these lanterns and I must say..they are lovely. Well constructed..shipped well as they were wrapped carefully. They cost a little more than some otheres.. but worth it.
