Not as bright as ryobi
Cheaper than Ryobi version but not as bright and doesn't go as far. Still a great light for the price. It also has more modes but honestly a few of them are kind of pointless. It also swivels

The battery pack has to be ejected and reinserted often
Everything about this light is very good, except the battery pack has to be ejected and then reinserted after the light has been off for about an hour or so; otherwise, the light will not turn on again. I ordered a replacement, but it behaved the same way. I decided to keep the replacement despite this significant defect.

Must Unplug Battery To Turn It On
We bought this Sun Joe 24V-1500FL-LTE 24V iON+ Cordless at a great sales price and all the positive reviews are spot on. The problem is our light, and identical light our son has, do not stay in a ready state overnight. The next day you have to unplug the battery and shove it back in - not at all convenient or safe in a pinch. SunJoe has been responding great by sending two replacement lights - all do the same. If you can live with this design flaw, this really is a superior light, and especially like having 5 modes including flood which most don't have.

Versatile 24V iON+ spotlight & floodlight
I have been getting a few more Sun Joe / Snow Joe pieces for the outdoors recently and figured I would add a spotlight to the collection. I have a spotlight in my other tool system, but I saw that even though this is only half as bright, it has a lost more functionality, so decided to get it. Once I got it, I found that it really is a great value. The orientation of the light to the handle can be adjusted, great for if you want to set it on a surface and angle the light up, even completely vertical to reflect light off the ceiling to fill a room. The multiple light modes work well, with the low floodlight mode being excellent to even replace a lantern when in a tent, for example. The best part, I thought, was when I changed it to the "warning" mode, it flashes Morse code for SOS! That was pretty neat. I got the kit, so it included a 2.0Ah battery, but it works with any of the Sun Joe or Snow Joe 24V batteries, like the 4.0Ah Sun Joe batteries I have. Using a 4.0Ah will make it last that much longer.

Great value and product
The flashlight and battery combo is a great package deal. I have other Sun Joe products which means extended use and value. The illumination is Very bright with wide coverage. Great for power outage, battery lasts for more than 8 hours on low setting. A fabulous prize and value.
