They need to put a indent for the pump feet inside the housing so it don’t shift over time

Quick switch

Easy to switch out even though we had to find additional connectors since this pump wasn't exactly the same. Still quite loud when pumping but does a great job!

Unclear instructions and missing parts

Box came beaten up and all but 2 of the screws and 1 nut were missing. Unit leaks ridiculously without the right hardware. Instructions could have been written clearer, was sure exactly how to hook up pump inside the box. Basically have to close the lid of the box on the pipe/pump blind. Wasn’t easy.

Satisfied with purchase.

This works great for our basement water softener and we also run our dehumidifier into this as well. No problems so far--been using for months! This was priced considerably lower than anything comparable in the local stores.
