It stayed on the baby's head.

The hat was light weight, breathable, and packed well. The chin strap did a good job of keeping the hat on our son's head when windy and easily allowed him to rip it off when he liked. Most hats he would immediately rip off but this one he would tolerate for a while. It is a great alternative to putting sun screen all over his scalp.

Fits infants head nicely. I like that it also protects the neck.

the infant size is too small

The infant size says it will fit for babies up to 6 months. However, it is too small for my son of 3-4 months old. not a good purchase. I need to size up and the exchange window has already passed.
