Tools required

Looks great when installed including cover caps for bolt heads (though I'm not entirely sure the caps will stay on forever, time will tell. So they could possibly be a choking hazard as the packaging indicates.) Comes with lag bolts, so you will need a socket wrench set to install. Follow included instruction sheet including using the correct size drill-bit to create pilot hole. Though the instructions specify that in metric. I installed on the wide face of a 2x4, so I was nervous at first if the bolts would be a good length or not. It turned out ok: the bolts are short enough to not protrude to the other side of a 2x4 board. With careful attention to drill depth (using a tape mark on drill bit) you can avoid having the pilot hole show on the backside.

Great handles - not the best hardware

I bought these to accompany a rock wall setup I built for a playset I've been working on. Overall, I'd be happy to buy these handles again. The handles themselves are the perfect size to be grabbed by toddlers, and long enough to be useful as they get older. The mounting hardware (which consists of 4 lag screws) is obviously not the best quality. One of the screws sheered as I was trying to simply install it, so take care when installing. I was able to just grab a lag screw I already had, so not a huge deal. Overall quality is good. The handles seem like they'll hold up and there are covers for the lag screws to make em look better and keep the screws out of sight.

Seem very sturdy and durable

Product arrived on time. They were used as handles on a wooden top I made for a 3x5 standup sandbox for the kids. The worked perfect. Smooth sturdy and just the right size. No complaints at all

Great playset handles

Our family playset is older and the wood is getting weathered. My son kept getting splinters while accessing the monkey bars. These handles were the perfect solution. They arrived on time and were exactly as described. There were no installation instructions so I predrilled holes with a 1/8th" bit, then used a hand socket to secure the bolts.
