A Must Have for Your Morning Brew

I bought this to replace a much cheaper scale that was ruined by a coffee spill (live and learn). This scale is so much quicker and easier to use. The biggest bonus is the removable top plate for rinsing. The .5 gram increments is perfect for weighing coffee beans and the water for brewing. The overall construction is very sturdy with a footprint that takes up very little space. I’m sure I’ll use it for much more down the road.

Worth paying a bit more for since you can actually clean it

I originally bought a much cheaper $20 scale that was nearly impossible to keep clean and died after six months. This scale gives a stable reading almost immediately (unlike most consumer models I tried), but more importantly you can actually clean it! The top metal part is just a tray, and the plastic part below it can also be removed. There's no gaps in the top surface / buttons for spills to leak into and ruin it. On top of that, you can run it on wall power if you want, reducing waste and hassle from batteries. The scale seems reasonably accurate for my needs (I don't own any calibration weights to check for sure).

Easy to use

Great addition for a baker! Easy to use, measures out ingredients in grams or ounces. Pull out readout makes it easy to see weights when using oversized bowls. Stainless steel case looks good on the counter. Been using it for 3 months and batteries still going strong!

Work, and better than the cheap scales I used to buy for the business.

It was a nice step up from the cheaper units I was buying. I put it in immediate production for the food business. The only thing I would like to note, is the top stailess steal tray, is not locked down in any way, except gravity, so it can come off easily, but if its always upside up, then this is a minimal issue. Overall works as designed, and no real downsides.
