Great Custmer service! Awesome cup

My brother purchased this after his son enrolled in the Army. The first one never arrived. I sent an email to the seller asking for help. He called me immediately! Not his fault the item never arrived but he shipped another one that afternoon. Awesome customer service! My brother uses the cup every day. He loves it!

Poor design possibly?

Love the cup but the inside portion is not lined up properly the Army emblem is where the handle is. I would have thought it would have been were you could see it when you were drinking. Have nothing but Travis cups and this is the first one we have like this so very disappointed in how this turned out.

US Army 20oz Tervis Cup

I Love these cups! I got this one for my daughter since its her son in the Army. You can put ice in these cups in the evening and have a soft drink to drink while watching tv. Then when finished add a lil more ice and add water for the trip up tp bed. Then I still have ice water in the am to take my meds and drink ice water the rest of the day until evening. Hot does keep hot, hot all day. They say NOT to put in the dishwasher, so I just was it by hand .... not a real problem I just do it when I am washing down my counters.

Keeps liquids warm for hours!

Loving this cup! Keeps my coffee warm for a few hours, very easy to clean and the print on the product is clear and solid. Definitely worth buying, especially compared to similar products for a lower cost!
