Used these (blind nuts) to mount the engine on an tv airplane being built.

Brand name can't go wrong

10-32 stud size fits my 10-32 bolts. Super yay, right? Overall diameter is 18mm and stud height (measured from behind the flange) is about 7mm. So it will penetrate 7mm into your workpiece.

The 8-32 thread was fine. The bulk order was considerably cheaper than buying ...

I had found a few of these in my local hardware stores, but I needed the bulk order. I got a few from two different stores, and both stores claimed to be selling the same part from this manufacturer, but the nuts were slightly different in diameter, which I found odd. The 8-32 thread was fine. The bulk order was considerably cheaper than buying at the local store (good) but I got the larger diameter version, which was not what I hoped for from this order. I got them to work fine for my application, so all is good.

Good value, works as intended with no quality issues

Have been buying pronged tee nuts at big box stores for projects in quantities of five per package. The cost was expensive compared to buying this package on amazon. Finished up two projects with no issues using the Hillman Group pronged tee nuts with no issues. Will buy again when I need more.
