Stylish

Very nice rustic look. They are functional but stylish! Not sure if you would want to spill red wine or grape juice on them, but they are fine to just absorb condensation and such.

Solid coasters but bark is coming off

Love the style and size of these coasters. Have had lots of compliments. Absorption is good also. Only downfall is that some of the bark is starting to come off. This stinks because that's what gives these their charm.

Practical but mostly for looks.

Not sealed and absorbs water much like you would expect wood to. This looks as if it's a composite of wood pieces glued together but it's sanded down to blend really well. Overall, it's a great look despite the water rings my glasses already left. More decorative I think but I like them. I ended up putting felt tips on each corner to make it sit better on the surface of my side table.

Cute and sturdy

These are very cute. They have a sort of shabby chic look/modern rustic look. I got them because I wanted more of the coasters that I currently own, which are wooden with a design. I could not find any like them, but these were at least wooden. They do go well with my other coasters, and decor in general. they are also easy to clean, and do not scratch or wear my coffee table.

Rustic and Contemporary

Love these coasters—we have them all over our house. They have a nice, rustic, contemporary feel to them and we love that they kind of go with everything. I’ll probably end up buying a couple more sets of them! Only con is, after a while, you start to get permanent water stains on them but I feel like that just adds character!

Bark may fall off.

When I opened from box they looked perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. Little pricey, but willing to spend the money. After having them for a few days ( only used on my side of the bed for water ) the edges or bark started to fall off on 2 of them. As shown in picture.

Awesome and rustic!

I love these! I thought they’d be unfinished and I’d have to worry about them eventually discoloring and warping. But they are kind of glossy and slick without being coated in anything that seems like it will get ruined! They are nice and big so mugs will fit on them as well as glasses. Very well made!

Disappointed

Disappointed with the quality, I have one that has half the bark missing off the side and another with a chip on the corner. These are not natural defects in the wood.

Wish it had 6 in the set but other than that they are great
