Cute shoe but runs small

I really wanted this shoe to work because it was so pretty. But I got my regular size and I could hardly get my foot in it. It was narrow and short. So I sent the shoes back and got a half size bigger. That shoe was too big and flopped on my foot. So I sent those shoes back and got my regular size but in a wide. Those didn’t work either something and the toebox felt really weird and kept pressing the side of my large toe pushing it outward. So sadly I had to send those back as well and I gave up.

At Last! a Comfortable Dress/Casual Shoe

These shoes are comfortable and trendy looking. I wore them right out of the box and loved the fit. Great with jeans or a long dress. I have tried so many shoes for dressier outfits with to no avail until I bought these. If you have problem feet this is the answer. My feet are long and narrow. I did add a Dr. Scholl foot pad since I am really an 11.5 N and the fit is perfect.

Different from Qualit in the Past

I have purchased Trotters in the past and these didn’t see, to be quite the same. Look carefully at size chart and be aware that there is little to no arch support. I returned them.

The black pair stinks of strong toxic chemicals

Very cute shoe. True to size. I ordered 7 narrow and it fits nicely. I would have given this black pair 5 stars if they didn't smell so overpoweringly horrible. The Tan colored pair smelled only a hint of chemical.

Comfortable and unique flats!

I’m so glad about this purchase. I always struggle to find shoes that fit me right so whenever I find them I stretch my budget to get them. My feet are thin and long so most of shows don’t accommodate my feet well. I bought and returned about 4 pairs of other styles before ending up with this one. It looks so cool with casual pants or jeans. It’s a great piece to dress up or dress down.

Not real leather, not worth $100+

I got these flats in the tan color. I don't know if this is the case for all the colors, but these tan shoes are NOT leather. Well, they have real leather in them somewhere. These shoes are bicast leather. This means they are made of cheap leather that has a layer of polyurethane (plastic) over it. This is a common thing for "leather" shoes nowadays. They look very pretty and look like genuine leather. However, the pretty polyurethane layer never lasts very long before it will get scratched off or start to peel away somewhere. It completely defeats the purpose of investing in leather shoes as you cannot condition or polish this plastic coating and thus you can't take care of your shoes. Once you scratch that plastic layer, they're ruined, just like every other $15 pair of synthetic shoes. It's a shame because these are really cute and comfy. I don't want to return them, but I know they won't last.

Length is good, The width is good

The fit was expected, but I wear 10slim, but they are unavailable. Length is good, The width is good, but the heel is a bit too big, but close enough. I really love them and like their good looking style and color. If they wear well, I’ll order another color.

Excellent!

Gorgeous shoes, and comfortable. I have fairly narrow feet, and it is very difficult for me to find shoes that fit, so I'm very happy and they're perfect for me. The leather looks really high quality and the thatch detail is super nice.

Beautiful little leather flats!

Super soft leather, very comfortable for an average width foot. I usually wear size 11 and the 11 in these fits beautifully.
