I thought this was dried out because I kept pressing the tip down into the marker and trying to write but nothing was coming out. The tip felt dry. I realized I needed to pump the tip up and down about 10-15 times for the ink to start flowing. Worked great to write on glass in a picture frame. Wipes clean with a damp paper towel.

Great to have around the shop, and in the toolbox

I picked this up to track tire sidewall usage on my race car, and have found other uses for it around the shop, including reference marks on assemblies going together. It wipes off, it is much more easy to clean up then white out or grease pens. I’ve let other people use it at the track, and they’ve commented that they also need to add it to their list of items to pack. Durable tip. It has worked on rubber and metal. I’d imagine it would work well on a chalk board… but I’m still finding other uses for it!

Writes on glass bottles!

The marker writes easily on glass bottles, and washes off easily! I make kombucha every week and I like to write what flavor is in each glass bottle I make. (I buy/bought kombucha from the store, drink it, remove the label, and presto = glass bottles.) I write on 20+ glass bottles a week. This white maker makes it easy to write on the glass, and read what I wrote. It is so much easier to do then write on a sticker or a piece of tape and put that on each bottle, which is what I used to have to do.

Great little chalk marker!

I used this to write on some chalkboard buckets. SO CUTE! Washes right off when you want to change up your boards too. This marker flows smoothly and writes solid.

Very hard to make it works at first. I even thought it was defective. You have to press it a lot... and a lot. But when it works, it does a great job. I love it.

Don't buy this!

The pen came completely dry. To add insult to injury, this item is not returnable via Amazon. Despite "Made in Japan", which usually means good quality, this item is below par. For almost $5, I expected something that at least worked.

Perfect for my wedding chalkboards!

Awesome product!! I used it for 15 chalkboards at my wedding and it works beautifully. I didn't realize it would be liquid but that worked better than I had even expected!
