Really nice rug
This rug is nicer than I expected. Color is deep turquoise and white. After the roll settles down it should be smooth and beautiful.

Disappointing in 9X12 - Pattern blurry
I have purchased 4 Unique Loom rugs & they have been wonderful - except now with the 9X12 of this Sofia design. I ordered the runner in brown & love it. I followed up with the 9X12 & the pattern is blurry & not as defined as it is on the runner - very disappointed. Somehow in manufacturing they have stretched the image & it loses all definition. My previous Unique Loom 9X12 did not have a blurry distorted image, so i was surprised. I love the colours of this brown rug, I love the pattern, the materials etc. just wish they had better manufacturing for the image on the large rugs.

Excellent Quality for the Price
I was extremely happy with this rug from the start. There are 3 or 4 ripples that need to come out but they're not creases so it'll probably be flat in a couple of days. People are complaining about it curling. Well, that's what thin, inexpensive rugs do! Get rug tape and be done with it. It's safer that way, anyway. The color is exactly what I was hoping it would be, although it's maybe just a tad bit darker than I thought. It's not an issue, though; it still looks great. It doesn't feel like commercial carpeting, which is what I thought it would be like since it was so inexpensive. It's actually tufted and woven, so that's a major plus. If I had one thing to complain about, I would say that the corners don't appear to be perfect 90-degree angles but I'm also not placing a ton of confidence in my house being perfectly square, either, so I'm not sure which is slightly off. All that said, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and I think it looks great in the space for which is was intended.

Looks like photos, smooths out easily, no bad smell, easy to clean
Didn’t have any problems with it smoothing out, image looks the same as the photo, literally only thing I don’t love is that it probably should be steam cleaned before use because there’s a weird chemical film on it, but it’s not really possible for us to steam the entire thing as we bought it to fill our bedroom and sit under our bed. Anyways, so far it looks good and lays nicely and I cannot really imagine a higher quality rug this size for anywhere near this price. I have 2 cats 2 dogs and a messy fiancé and the rug hasn’t gotten stained yet (I should mention that aside from one accident of startling my 18 year old cat, we don’t have to really worry about the pets going potty on the rug.. that being said, the one incident cleaned up completely and rather easily. Also, for pet owners, I swear by Citrasolv concentrate diluted per the instruction on the bottle exclusively for any pet messes or anything cleaning wise actually, it’s freakin magic and has even gotten latex paint off of my carpeted stairs after I accidentally knocked the can over.. and it fully gets out kitty and puppy training messes aka no residual cat urine or dog urine. I just wanted to include that because I know a lot of people are buying this rug and rugs in this price point because they have pets and feel like they don’t want to waste money on some expensive thing their pet will destroy...)

Beautiful carpet online but disappointing in person. A+ customer service!
The product itself is like a 3 star but the customer service is 5 stars. I loved the design, the colors and the price but overall I was disappointed. I read all the reviews and had really hoped for the best. When I got this there were a few issues. First, mine came rolled, not folded, which was great, however, it would not lay down flat no matter what we did. Second, the colors were muted but we could not put our finger on what it looked like. It was as if it was being viewed through a hazy film. The design was blurred almost. I noticed when I rubbed my hand over the fibers, the rug the colors seemed to pop more, but then the fibers would settle and back to the blurred look. Third, there was a pull in the strings on one of the seams. The package had a slight tear there so not sure if it was something that happened in shipment. Overall I ended up sending it back and am waiting for my refund. The seller was very quick to send a return label and instructions on how to package it back up. We were careful when we removed packing so rolled it back up, added a ton of tape and shipped it back. Grateful for the excellent customer service.

Very nice
Decent rug for the price. When we first opened it, it smelled really strong. Almost like skunk, but that dissipated quickly and smelled like rubber for a while, maybe a few days. The edges stayed curled, which I expected because it came rolled up. My husband laid a damp towel over the edges and ironed it out, so it's all flat now. It is soft but is also thinner than I thought it would be. Which is fine with me. It looks very pretty and seems to be well made, so I expect it to last a while, which always means money well spent.
