Usually love this brand of boots, not this set

I usually love Joule boots and have purchased many pairs for my kids as they’ve grown. This set was disappointing. While it was super cute, the horn and ears repeatedly fell off and anything I tried to reattach hasn’t worked. I wouldn’t recommend this design and would be hesitant to purchase any similar ones, though the standard Joule boots are wonderful.

Terrible Quality and Customer Service

I have children with sensory sensitivities so finding clothes and shoes is always difficult for us. When we find something they love I always stock up with multiple pairs in their current sizes and the next size up. These boots and Joules other styles are adorable which make them big winners in my kids book, but their quality is lacking and they fall apart after a month or two. Quite frankly, I’m fine with that if my kids are happily wearing them. Out of the many pairs of Joules boots I’ve purchased one came torn and unusable. I emailed Joules directly and their customer service team was shockingly unhelpful. They do not stand behind their products and instead directed me to go back to “the stockist.” I sent pictures and explained my situation regarding how many of their products I have ordered and would like to continue ordering, but they refused to help me in any way. I’ve never had an experience this poor with any brand refusing to stand behind their defective merchandise. Even budget brands like Western Boot Company will stand behind their boots and replace them due to standard wear and tear within the first year. I was simply asking them to replace a pair I purchased and couldn’t even use due to it arriving torn and unwearable. I will never purchase a Joules product again and I’ve shared my poor experience with all of my mom groups. I’m obsessed with great customer service and will spend a premium to ensure that my investments are protected. Do not waste your money on Joules. They do not value their customers and provide horrible service.

Awesome quality

I looked at lots of wellies for my granddaughter and these fitted the bill in more ways than one. Excellent quality and great fit which was an important factor for my daughter, they look amazing and my granddaughter loves them so thank you Joules… 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
