Convenient, needs better quality packs

The convenience of this is great! I can keep doing my daily things while I ice my shoulder. However, the ice pack didn't last too many uses before it cracked while I was inserting into the wrap. The wrap can be tricky but once figured out it goes on easily. Some fabrics of clothing make the shoulder brace slip out of place. The strap that goes around doesn't stay put as well as I'd like (I have to keep pulling it downward)...could use some slip resistant strips on the strap. I went onto the Copper fit site to reorder ice packs but there were none for sale on their site as somebody has commented. Luckily, I have a rectangular gel ice pack I can use in place of the one ice pack. Hopefully the other ice pack that came with this doesn't crack soon. Overall I would say 3 1/2 stars...didn't last half a year and was only used four out of the five months of ownership on a regular basis. Sucks I need to already replace it.

NIce but not a compression sleve

I wanted a compression sleeve and have other Copper Fit sleeves that i like. I should have paid better attention when ordering this. It works fine for its intended purpose but if I had not already thrown the box away I'd have returned it.

Really works.

I bought this for my wife and it really eases the pain in her shoulder. The main drawback, though, is it is difficult to put on. She is physically disabled and cannot do it herself so she is dependent on me to put it on and remove it when the inserts need reheating. Also the instructions are difficult to decipher and could have been printed on a larger sheet of paper. I gave it a 5-star rating, BUT Amazon did not do due diligence when they sold it. It was a return that was poorly packaged, the device itself was unwrapped and just stuffed into the box. The instructions were not folded, but wadded up, and the Velcro had hair stuck in it from the previous user. This item should have been inspected once it was received back at Amazon and either repackaged or marked as a used return.

Still works

It's helpful but just as other comments, even with following heating instructions both pads were trash after a few uses. Bought generic ones at store that are lasting better

Horrible design

It works if you can keep it in place. The design flaw makes you second guess if you're putting the straps on correctly. Even if you followed the instructions the place moves if you twist or turn. So, you can't be too active while having it on. Works well when you have it on to help with the sore shoulder or stiffen.
