I am buying another one! Love it

Love the looks of it. My only complaint is it started to have window seals falling off, and other little problems after about the third year I owned it. It still is presentable, but I repainted it, glued the window frames back on, etc. It did last for another couple of years. In fact, I still have it up, but I am buying another one.

Attractive but not practical BEWARE

I bought a similar Chesapeake Bay lighthouse birdhouse by the same manufacturer. Charming in appearance but will not be functional. Says "removable walls for easy cleaning" Wrong. Says "Drainage and unpainted interior." No drainage. Says "ventilation". Can't imaging where. Not for birds that want to survive. Purely decorative.

Started falling apart after a few months

Not worth it!!! I live in N.C. and put this up in February. It didn’t even make it a year. The roof started fading in a month and was completely white by the start of summer. Don’t even bother. Spend half the cost of this and buy a regular purple Martin house that will last. So disappoint in this.

Returned - poorly constructed

Thin wood with little pieces on each roof top- this is a replica of the houses sold at Coronado Del Hotel for years. We found another one elsewhere that is better constructed.

The paint came off the wood fell apart I hate you u and product stinks and costs too much junk and it matched my house perfect u should replace it free
