Shoe is relatively new but noticeable scratches and flaws. Box was also pretty damaged.

The show came quickly but the packaging was pretty beat up. The shoe itself also had some noticeable scratches, but still am deciding to keep the shoe.

Beautiful but not for me boots

I was very excited about the boots, but when I tried it on, it did not feel like a 6.5W, so it felt very tight on my feet. It was also too long, as it went past my knees, so it hurt in back of my knees whenever I had to bend them to walk. Otherwise the boots are made of quality material & it is beautiful.

Beautiful boots

Boots are lovely. I got the tortilla color in suede and they look great. Shaft height is tall but hits me just below knee and I’m 5’4”.

Get them! A closet staple

True to size and very comfortable. Some tenderness after 8+ hours but that’s expected. Definitely grab these.

Incredibly tight

Very sad that I had to return these beautiful boots. I am an accurate and consistent size 8.5 across popular brands, and like other reviewers, these were incredibly tight. Couldn’t even get my foot in. Disappointed as they are buttery soft and look stylish. What a waste of material and resources to make ill-fitting shoes, not to mention what goes into returning them.
