lives up to my expectations

I've watched youtubers use cratex sticks for quite awhile, but I could never bring myself to spend any money on them. I had a job that needed some edges broken that were going to be a pain to do any other way, so I bought the extra fine block. It is a godsend. So much easier and since then I have purchased a medium as well. Between the two, they have covered all of my needs so far. They won't hog away material, but for breaking an edge, they work great!

A semiflexible abrasive

I learned of these items via a YouTube video. They are slightly flexible so they will match the contours of your work better. I will be using mine to micro hone machine tooling such as lathe tools.

My model railroad has been in storage for some 30 years, when I dug it out for my grandson it was very tarnished and needed a lot of TLC. This cleaning tool was fantastic.
