Every body is different, but this really, really works for me....WITH the right combination of toys. I'd had this for a couple of months and felt pretty meh about it, but today I gave it another chance with a different penetrative toy, and OH MY GOD I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE MY ROOM ALL DAY. Good thing I'm retired!!! XD Something amazing about this attachment (the cup side): my Os are longer and more pleasant. My typical O is about 3 seconds and so intense it almost hurts, like when you have to pee really, really badly...these Os have been about 10-15 seconds long, and smoother/gentler, I guess is how I'd describe them? It's also been easier for me to edge. And all of this on the LOW setting of my wand! Before you give up on this, please consider: --It didn't work for me on its own --It didn't work for me with toys that were too hard (glass) or soft (silicone), or not girthy enough --Additional lubricant on your clitoral area can make a big improvement --Having Os can be easier at different times of the month Once I get warmed up and have that first orgasm, I can have another about every 2 or 3 minutes for 30-60 minutes--so, easily 12-18 per session. For years and years, a slender curved glass toy and an Eroscillator did it for me. Recently, that combo stopped being as effective. (I suppose because of age and changing hormones.) It was becoming difficult and exhausting to achieve even 2 or 3 Os. I thought my Eroscillator was losing power, and bought a new one, but that didn't help. Next, I bought a Hitachi. The trick with an Eroscillator is to use minimal pressure. With other vibrators, I have to use extreme pressure. The Hitachi worked (I didn't have attachments at this point) , but only on the high setting, and I injured my shoulder from having to press so hard. I also had to try several different, softer toys because if the giant head of the Hitachi hit my glass one, I would feel sharp, mood-wrecking pinches. And now it seems I prefer a shorter, girthier toy to a longer one that reaches the G-spot. If you're having trouble with this or any other toy, I hope this review helps you find a solution. Update: a drawback to this is that the little "tongue" makes direct contact with the clitoral glans. I prefer contact over/through the prepuce (hood). My glans felt raw and irritated the next day. (It was fine the day after that.) I also discovered the attachment called the G-tip. Whoo! It's nice because I don't have to hold on to 2 different toys, it doesn't rub me the wrong way, it works better with a light touch, and the material feels a little softer than this Triple attachment.
