Real Brass, American Quality

These wheels actually feature real brass, rather than some lower quality brands which only have a coating or, worse yet, aren't even brass at all. The build quality and balance are excellent, and I liked these so much that I even bought spares. They work fantastically well, do not send wires flying at the user and do their job the way you'd expect from a high quality wire wheel. Avoid the cheap import junk and buy something quality like these. Highly recommended!

A *REAL BRASS* Wire Wheel! ????

As described; as delivered, package -box- of two (2) *real brass* wire wheel brushes; "made in the USA;" rated to 6,000 rpm; 5/8" arbor hole, nylon bushing to 1/2" hole; well fabricated w/ heavy steel brush arbors, affords excellent holding capacity for brush wire; brush face approx. 3/4" (nominal) width; brush produces excellent finish on softer metals such as copper, brass and aluminum; shows virtually no scratch marks leaving a polished, near reflective surface on these metals, in particular, on copper; well worth the higher expense of each brush; overall, an excellent product; highly recommended to/for those wanting the best in finished work results.

Having to buy 2 stinks, but it's a great wheel

I bought this wheel because I wanted a solid brass wheel for cleaning valve stems in my TR6. This particular Amazon item is quantity **two** brass wheels, so that grates a bit (and reduced my Value For Money rating to 2 stars), but like my title says, this is a great wheel. It's a beautiful product.

Precision

Expensive nice but not for taking harsh stuff off more almost to do a lightweight precision work that requires fine tuning and fine work that shows no sign of being repaired. Like to do a repIr on an expensive piece that you don’t want any signs of repair it does very precision work delicately with precision. Get a different wheel for peeling paint or rough surface removal

Well made

Haven’t used this brass wheel yet but I am convinced it will be great for my rusty tools. Brass works wonders on light rust stains.

Solid Brass

Pricy product but it’s solid brass not brass coated steel. This creates a less aggressive scratch pattern making it easy to take to buffer and clean up soft brass jobs.

Ya, it’s very expensive. It really is a great wire brush. Couple tiny issues, which were fixed in three minutes. Will buy again.
