Great bench top jointer for the $

So far very happy with this jointer.. it does everything it needs for my small woodworking shop needs, cuts smooth, and works like a pro.. a mini jointing power house for sure! First time buying a larger sized Wen tool, but it checks the boxes for my woodworking needs.. would recommend for any small woodworking shop!

Awesome jointer for the price

First jointer and it works very well. I do wish the top metal was a bit harder since we already had burs pop up after cutting Lowe's wood. Easy enough to sand them down and wax to continue, though. The resulting finish is very smooth and incredible for the price. Would recommend.

Better than expected...

This Wen jointer is my first “new” wood working tool. It’s first project was some well seasoned oak. I really wish I had purchased this sooner. My used planer is getting a replacement just as soon as I can afford it. I plan to get the same cutter head type as this one. That way blades are inner changeable. Anyway, so far it’s been better than I expected.

Functions well BUT

This is a very good DIY planer but the Amazon Australia sales site does not warn you that voltage is 110 and and your require a $90 2000W Step down Transformer. There is a short note in small writing advising buyers to check voltage but is easy to see. A banner next to product description that is easy identifiable should be visible for all non 24V products.

it is very hard to square the fence. you may think you had squared, once you tie it up, it will move a little, very annoying。

Exelente inversión

Muy bien calibrada, deja trabajos súper finos, no trae bolsa recolectora y hay que desatascar los ductos después de una usada continúa de 5 a 7 minutos pero aún así vale la pena, su sistema de cortes en espiral funciona muy bien
