Sturdy but the design needs improvement

Good: The feeder is sturdy with strong suction. It’s easy to clean and easy to work with. Bad: The top lid (where flowers are) is too curved. This leaves a big space between flowers and the syrup. My hummingbirds can only reach the top 15%-20% of the syrup. If the top was flatter, the birds could reach in deeper and I wouldn’t have to refill it every day

Hummingbird doesn’t use holes

Our old window feeder broke so I bought this one because it was affordable. It is made of heavy plastic, well built, and very easy to use and clean. This is definitely easier to clean, full, and hang than our previous screw top trickle down feeder. Hummingbirds came to it right away. It holds 8oz of fluid but I always need to refill it when it gets to be about 1/2 full because they cannot reach the bottom of the base. However, they do not use the little flower holes to eat from. I even tried removing a hole insert, but they always drink from a tiny space between the flip down lid and base. So it is serves it’s purpose but it seems that the hummingbirds don’t prefer it as much as our previous trickle down window feeder.

Pretty. Hummingbirds love it.

I was surprised by how well the suction cups attached to my window and holds the feeder. There's a little female that comes for a drink multiple times a day. I love watching her. The only problem with it was it attracted dozens of ants the first time I filled it. I poured out the remaining liquid and the ants on the ground directly under the feeder and the ants haven't come back since. Wonder if ants are smart enough to know that to go into the liquid is to drown. Who knows, but I don't miss them and neither does my little hummingbird!

Incredible joy

The media could not be loaded. This hummingbird feeder is amazing. I started to see hummingbirds on the 2nd day I had it up, and they love it! So far it has stuck very strongly to the window and is sturdy. I was able to get this incredible close up video. Very fun to watch them! I ended up getting a second one as a gift for my cousin.

Don’t pass up on these!!

We had company from Germany who loved hummingbirds. I purchased these hoping that they worked as well as I wanted. Surpassed my expectations. The suction cups are very strong! Held the feeders tight. The hummingbirds loved them and would even come eat while my grandson stood in the bay window watching! Super easy to fill and just as easy to clean!!
