I love this thing!!!!

I was in PT for a labral tear in my hip and I absolutely LOVED the Bosu ball exercises. They helped a ton and were easy and safe enough to practice at home so I ordered this generic one for MUCH cheaper!!!!!!!!!! Works just as well if not better!! Just as sturdy. I could see where someone who is struggling with strength or arthritis in their hands would struggle to pump up the ball. It’s been a few months, but think I remember that being difficult - not much more difficult than blowing up any exercise ball. I am pretty stubborn and was able to do it myself, but I think I remember my husband offering to help me as he watched me struggle toward the end of pumping it up hahaha! I have difficulty with grip and my wrists, but got it done!

Heavy duty and good quality.

I bought this brand after researching multiple half balance trainers. Most of the reviews were good with some really poor ones mixed in for this brand. For half the price of the name brand model, I decided to take a chance. I have owned this now for a month and use it at least 5 days a week. I had no problems airing it up with the pump that was provided. I did not insert the plug completely at first as I did some trial and error with the proper inflation amount for my weight. After getting it to the firmness that I liked, I pushed the plug in tight. As of one month, I have not had any loss of air and the balance trainer has had no problems. I like the rigid texture of the ball and feel comfortable on it while holding weights in my hands and doing exercises with movement to strengthen my core. So far so good. I will try to follow up at the six month point to give an update.

Use a real pump or compressor

The ball itself...... Give it a 9......the instructions 2.5 and the pump..... Take those 2.5 points back

Affordable and functional!

Great set that comes with everything needed! It was the affordable option, too. Good quality and seems to be durable.

Great product

This product was a little tricky to inflate, but worked. Love the durability, even for small or larger individuals. Handles are not all the way through. Little disappointed that there was no printed exercise instructions. Over all satisfied.

Love this bosu ball

This is great value for the money. Was super easy to inflate and has been super sturdy and easy to use. Great add to my items for home workouts

Sturdy and stable though not as elastic as Bosu ball

This stability ball is very sturdy and durable. However, the dome side lacks the elasticity from a Bosu ball. The dome side is tough and grippy so this is great for some training. I would go for the Bosu ball if one looks for more balance training as the elasticity of the dome side make it tougher to balance. I think this is a great product for beginners or for people how do not need to challenge their stability.

Heavy duty

This is really well built. I can’t believe how solid it feels. I was skeptical about buying a bosu knock off, but wow this is better IMO. The “flat” side dips toward the centre which increases the need to engage the core. It also has a rubber texture which provides amazing grip.

Great product

We got this instead of shelling out for a Bosu. It is great quality and the ribbed surface prevents slipping. You need to use an electric air pump since the one that is sent in the package is useless. Even with the electric air pump, it takes about 30 minutes to inflate. It has stayed inflated so all good.

Muy buena calidad

El producto es de muy buena calidad. Por buscar mejorar algo, en cuestión de diseño solo tiene agarraderas de un lado, lo que dificulta levantarlo cuando está en el piso. Pero en general es un gran producto de muy buena calidad.
