The sand shifting inside is distracting…

The media could not be loaded. Sturdy and durable. The sand instead is very distracting and makes it more difficult to workout with due to the constant weight shift. It serves the purpose.

Good Slam Ball/Medicine Ball

I didn't know what a slam ball was when I bought this - I thought I was buying a medicine ball. I found out that they can be used as the same thing. This one has sand in it, in a little package inside the ball so it isn't balanced. The sand sits at the bottom of the ball when you are holding it. I was disappointed that there wasn't any documentation on how to care for the ball, or how to use it. I had to do some research on my own, but overall, it's a good product for the price.

Great value, but bounces

Purchased slam ball due to already having a medicine ball at home. I was excited about having a slam wall because I could do work as that require the brawl being slammed without it bouncing back in hitting me. I was not happy due to this ball bouncing, just as much as my medicine ball does. Made sturdy, but I will not be purchasing again.

Exactly what I wanted!

After looking at numerous slam balls, this one is exactly what I’ve wanted. The treads on the outside allow me to hold onto the ball much better than most. Very durable and no bounce. I love it!

Doesn't bounce

The video they showed made it sound like you could bounce the ball which is what I am looking for like they have at my gym. Instead. this one stayed on the floor as flat as a pancake!
