Great price

Bought 2 to update gear. Packaging is lacking. Too much movement in the box. Mine came in w both know pins bent. Otherwise it works very well.

Good fishing pole

This is my third one. My first was the best, but it was stolen out of my boat. The second one would not stay together, so we glued it together, and it was never right. The third one is also not fitting together right, but I haven't used it yet. The pole itself is great for my hands. It casts well and easy to use. It is a very comfortable pole. I wish they would put a little more effort into the quality and then put the price up a little. It's kind of a poor quality when it doesn't need to be. I am disappointed in the 3rd one as well.

Only reasons for not getting 5 stars are: The combo is made for a woman or child so the reel needs to be appropriately weighted, it’s quite heavy and the rod should likewise be sized appropriately and 5 1/2 ft would make more sense Otherwise the 2 products are great and should last a long time

The Zebco 33 is the best real ever made! This was a great deal, and a great rod and reel!

Good beginner rod and reel

This rod and reel have worked well for me. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is because the line that comes with it is not good I would recommend changing it out when you receive your product. Also every once in a while the two piece rod will come apart as you cast but it’s very rare and could be easily avoided by occasionally checking it’s still a tight fit

These are surprisingly good outfits.

These are great fishing gear for a very low price. In fact, these Zebco combos with the 33 reel are surprisingly good. If you are used to high end fishing gear, you will not expect these very inexpensive rigs to be as fishable as they are.

Do Not Order

Just received this item for the 3rd time.....and again there is no tip for the rod. Previous 2 were returned as there was no tip with them. Got the 3rd one in a timely manner, however, there was no tip for the rod. Strange, you would think that if someone was selling fishing rods, they would know they are supposed to come with tips.

Not deliver as expected, but resend later

Got it by the second delivery. Don't know where the first one deliver to. Amazon resend it to me and got it fast for the second time. The quality of the rod looks ok, but it took a while for me to learn how to use it. The wheel doesn't looks like brand new, and the rod lost some paints. Hopefully easy to use and catch lots of fishes, and have fun.
