One size plus not roomy enough

I ordered exactly what Amazon recommended for me, the one size plus. The standard size fits up to a women's size 9. I wear a 9 1/2 B width women's shoe and I can state that, if these were indeed the plus size, they are entirely too small and uncomfortable to me. Gold Toe brand has been purchased often in the past for my husband. This was my first purchase for myself. I am very disappointed.

Thinner than previous purchases

I have Gold Toe crew socks from 10+yrs ago... i know their quality... these new socks are about as cushion-y as my used socks. They're pretty thin. Ill keep them bc I need them, but if I encountered them in a store I likely would not have bought them. Recommended for someone looking for thin athletic socks.

Little disappointing

I've purchased Gold Toe Socks as long as I can remember. The ones I received are soft and fit well BUT, the cuff of the socks (or whatever it's called) is very tight. So much so that I have to fold them down. As the day goes by, the cuff gets tighter as my ankle starts to swell. I've purchased an off-brand of white socks Several years ago from Amazon that fits and feels better. Wish I could find them again.

My favorite socks

I have issues with socks being too tight, and these are stretchy! They are really soft, wash well, durable. They were not available for awhile during the pandemic, but are now back! I’m so happy! So are my feet!

These Gold Toe Socks are My Fave

These are my favorite socks. I’m glad Amazon carries them because the local place I used to buy from went out of business, and I can’t find these extended sized ones anywhere else locally. They’re not too thick/heavy or too thin, they’re pretty breathable, and they’re not too tight around the ankle. The regular/standard size version of these socks sit too far down my heel, and that feeling drives me crazy! I wear a size 10 shoe, and these fit me really nicely. Not sure how much else I could say about socks, but I do recommend these. :)

The socks I was looking for

All the socks I had were too thick to be comfortable with my athletic shoes. I hoped that this brand would be the weight I was wanting and they are. If you want thick socks for the absorbency these are not for you but if you want socks that leave room for your toes and still don't leave your feet sweaty these are the ones. I would caution anyone that they are advertised that they fit up to size 13. My feet are not nearly that size, shoe or sock, and these fit perfect with just a little bit of room at the toe and the heel fitted properly which means to me that if you wear a size 13 sock or shoe they are going to be too short. As for me, I liked them so much I bought another package.

Sock Comfort

Of course, Amazon has them! My local department store had them at one time...not now. I wear a size 11 shoe and the regular socks just don't work for me. The men's gold toe socks are too big... These socks are worth the cost - the return is comfort, long wearing materials. Thanks Amazon!
