Love it

This is my second griddle in about seven years. The last one was a hot mess from not using the right utensils, this time I’m going to use non-metal utensils, in hopes that it can last even longer than seven years. :-)

Expected quality/Cooking surface smaller than expected

The quality you expect from an All Clad product....although this HA1 All Clad 13x20 inch griddle did not have the stainless steel base that is on the fry pans (shown in product photos). For those considering, the outside measurements are 13x20 but be aware that the actual cooking surface is more like 9.5x17. The cooking surface size is lost to the drip run off area around the circumference of the griddle...that run off could be a plus or minus...depending on how you intend to use it.

The best double burner grill on the market . . .

Delivered and works as advertised - use it for pancakes. Easily makes (4-5) at a time - will probably buy a 2nd one so I can make (8-10) at a time when I have guests over for breakfast. Really love all of my All-Clad products - quality and durability second to none!

not for induction

LOVE All Clad, sadly, the bottom is not flat/compatible with induction cook tops. Had to return.

One of our most used kitchen items!

Love this - great for cooking for a family! Eggs, pancakes, chicken, fish, burgers. We can cook it all at once for our family of 5.

Great Purchase, So useful, works well so far.

Pros - Make multiple things at the same time , 2 to 3 pan cakes depending on size , two eggs, a big large omlette! - Sturdy , easy to clean and looks good. No real cons, but if it was an inch smaller it would fit out Kitchen aid perfectly! Right now its a very tight balancing act.

Light weight and works on induction isn't easy to find in a double griddle. This one works very well.

As others have stated, not induction compatible

Specifically chose the 'induction base' and held out hope despite the reviews, but lo and behold I get it today and it does not work with induction because A) it is not magnetic and B) even if it was, the bottom isn't flat as the cooking portion is raised to allow a grease 'moat' on the outer circumference, so I don't think it would work anyways. DO NOT BUY for induction.
