Not like the candle and not a lot of scent

I, like another reviewer, absolutely love the smell of the candle, which is why I decided to try the incense. I realize it would be near impossible to make a candle and incense smell exactly the same (different mediums, and all) but I thought they’d smell similar. They really don’t. That’s not to say the incense doesn’t smell good. It does. However, when I lit the first one, I noticed there wasn’t a lot of smoke and it smelled a lot like…well, smoke. I did catch the occasional whiff of the actual scent but not a lot. And the smoke smells nothing like how the stick smells in the container. I do like the glass tube it comes in and the lid that you can put stick in. More power to the people who actually counted their sticks. This was 15 bucks so I’m ok assuming all 100 are there. ????????‍♀️. This is why I gave it 3 stars.

Scent is ehhhhhh….

Not quite tobacco scented. Almost burnt. Haven’t really got that cigar smoke vibe I was going for. Decent value though, holder in lid is a cool touch

Smells like smoke

While I anticipated the wild mint and santal to have a woody scent, I didn't think it'd smell like straight campfire smoke. Not even a hint of mint. Maybe my expectations were misaligned. They burn quickly and don't fit into any other inscence holder except the one it came with. Which is fine, unless you accidentally drop it and it shatters. Three stars is generous and only because the smell of campfires triggers nostalgic memories.

89/100 sticks isn't bad!

Great smelling incense. Lid can be used to hold the stick once lit. My only gripe is it only contained 89 of the 100 sticks. Not to impressed with their counting abilities but we're all human.

Some of the best smelling incense.

I love the smell of this incense. These burn slowly and smell fantastic. They’re great to have burning while I work. I also really like that the holder is built into the lid, very convenient! This company also has incredible candles!

This does not smell like Paddywax Tobacco Patchouli.... at all

I REALLY wanted to love this incense. Paddywax Tobacco Patchouli is my absolute favorite candle and room spray of all time. It smells almost exactly the same as my husband's Tom Ford Tobacco Vanilla cologne that drives me crazy it smells so good!! When I saw the incense, I was jumping for joy, as I burn incense every single day in my home (Nag Champa, Super Hit, Sandalwood etc). Sadly, this only faintly, and I mean VERY faintly, smells like the candles and room spray (but only when it is not burning). When lit, there is no detection at all whatsoever of Tobacco Patchouli. It is not especially an off putting scent, just hardly no scent at all. I even moved the burning stick to my small bathroom, and you could barely even tell there was any incense burning. On the plus side, it doesn't put off any smoke whatsoever, but the stick does burn all the way down. So, the only reason I give two stars is because the container is so darn cute and I love that the lid doubles as a burner. I will use these somehow, I guess in a small bedroom or bathroom, but would certainly not purchase again. BUMMER,,,, I was SO EXCITED about these :-/

This reminds me of my childhood ???? even though it’s slightly different than the Chinese incense smell.
