Good ball for the price

If you want something that is heavier than a beach ball and less painful than a volley ball then this is the perfect ball for you. It is dense enough to be thrown without the wind affecting it while being soft enough so that when you get hit with it it won't be that painful. So it is very good for activities like dodge ball or volley ball. The ball I bought was 7 inches in diameter, but there are bigger ones if people want a larger ball. To get an idea on the size of a 7 inch ball, compare it with a basketball. A basketball is about 9 inches in diameter so it is 2 inches larger. To get an even better idea on the size I can't palm a basketball, but I'm able to palm this ball The materials for the ball was pretty good. It was smoother than I thought it would be. The inside was protected well enough by the foam. If you are thinking of putting small devices in the ball, then I can say that it can handle the shock from a throw. I put a small sensor in the ball and repeatedly thrown the ball at a wall and the sensor was still working fine. The delivery was pretty fast as well. I got it 2 or 3 days after I purchased it. This ball was exactly what I was looking for.

Probably not safe to be used for dodgeball

Pretty heavy ball, probably not safe to be used as a dodgeball. Can't blame that on the description though, I was just looking for a cheaper alternative to the Gopher Skin balls.

Not for me. Had to buy another softer ball ...

Not for me. Had to buy another softer ball to do the exercises given to me by my physical therapists.This one is too firm to keep it in place. Maybe it works for other purposes but not mine.

Not what I expected

I was looking for something more dense than this, it is very sponge like. I had intended to use it like a foam roller except with the ball shape it would fit better in the small of my back.
