One way installation

As expected except you can’t install it the opposite way. You could but the little knob wouldn’t be on top to keep the tp roll from sliding off. So lost one star for versatility otherwise we like it!

Doesn’t keep rolls from coming off

I got this to match my faucet but the toilet paper roll doesn’t stay on so returning it and getting a different type. Seemed sturdy enough but just doesn’t work

Screw missing to hold it up

One was great but the other one was missing the small screw for the back plate that secures to the bolt. Might have to return the whole thing if I can’t find it. This was a new item and everything should have been in the box.

Too Expensive Compared to Similar Products

This is okay, I mean it's a toilet paper holder and it's bronze and does its job. But I have to say that I ordered 4 sets of bathroom accessories for our new house, one set of delta for the master bathroom, one set from my local Target store, and two more inexpensive sets (no name brand) and this Delta set was by far the most expensive, yet does not feel any more sturdy or really look any better than the others. I'm now wishing I would have saved my money and purchased another inexpensive set for the master bathroom. I will say that my husband thought the toilet paper would just come off at first, but the small nub does the trick in keeping the toilet paper on the holder.

Easy to install and seems well made

Easy to install and seems well made. Make changing the roll easy for all members of the family. Purchased to coordinate with the Trinsic faucet. My only complaint was the price, but wanted it to coordinate with all the fixtures.
