Poor value

I bought this for shoveling my chicken coop because I needed a petite square shovel and couldn'tfind anything else. It was overpriced even for that use and more so for a child's shovel. The plastic handle on the end is not strong enough to take any down force when shoveling, so that part is useful only for hanging up the shovel. The pole is metal, which is strong enough for normal use. Not sure how the plastic blade would hold up in the snow. It really is just an overpriced toy.

Meh

This shovel is ok, not too flimsy and has held up so far. However, it has a weird v shape to it, so when my kid tries to shovel the sidewalk, the only place he gets all the snow removed is the very center. The rest doesn't touch the ground. He has another one that is flat and works way better. I have no idea why a shovel would be this shape.

Great for small amount of snow

The shovel is a great size for kids but too small to handle large amounts of snow. If you have just a little bit each year, it'll work great, otherwise it just falls right off the shovel.

sturdiness questionable

wood shaft is very thin in diameter. Good thing the children are age 2 and 4 and don't apply much pressure. I think an 8-10 year old would snap the wood in a few tries.

Disappointed- Save your money!

Would not buy again! The plastic shovel part is cheap and flexible, as you can see in the photo the plastic has bent during delivery and has white discolouration already-- before any use. I looked at returning this $25 item, and it was going to cost me $10 to return.... I found a better quality kids shovel for $4 at Dollarama.

Fits nicely in car & kid loves it

My 2.5yo loves this more than Lego, for real. I also throw it in the car when we’re driving anywhere where we may encounter snow.

Handle broke 2 days of use

Handle broke, though I was using it so not meant for adult use. Handle is relatively flimsy plastic. Duct taped it lol

Order a pack of three shovels and only one came. Hoping the other two shovels are on there way.
