Great Bucket - Only Received 1

Love Ettore products and this bucket is perfect. Only problem is the description clearly states “(pack of 2)” but we received only 1 and now the product is not available. How do we resolve either (a) partial refund or (b) auto shipping of second part when it’s again available?

Lids, are all cracked, manufacturer defect.

I use this system professionally to replace an old rubbermaid e050 waxing system, that is no longer available. It does work for that, wax heads don't fit perfectly, but it does work. Handle, body, and casters are all good, no problem. I realize that I am not using it for it's intended purpose, But that has no relevance to my negative issue with unit, and the only reason I would give it two stars. The lid. As I unpacked the units I noticed one of the lids had a crack at the edge. I contacted ettore and they sent out a new one, took about a week to get. During that time I used the other unit two or three times. The second lid was cracked in the same spot on the corner and at other corners, after only a few uses. I tried the replacement lid and same story, after a few uses it was cracked also. Conclusion, this is a manufacturer defect from the factory. I suspect other lids out there are the same as I did get them from separate batches.I am presently looking for something else to replace it, until then I am using the cracked lids with duct tape on them. This keeps them from splashing around while they are transported in a work trailer.If splashing out isn't a problem for you then it will probably work just fine. The seller of these is in no way at fault, only the manufacturer.

Excellent product

Love this purchase. I fastened them together at the base with a piece of wood and zip ties. I use it as a dual mop system Works great!! Excellent product easy to move around. I now mop with only clean water!! Exactly what I wanted fir a quarter of the price.

Good bucket. TERRIBLE LID!

I wasn’t expecting 2 complete buckets, but that’s what I received. The lid is hard to get on, but I’m thinking that’s a good thing when transporting water. The castors are heavy duty. This should be everything I need it to be. Update: The buckets are good, but both lids cracked and are unusable, and I only used them one time.

Bad lids

The lids broke the first time I put them on, which to me is not that much of a problem. I was replacing ones from rubber maid, that look to be exactly the same, but the 10 year old lids fit perfectly.

Best option for this product type.

The description mentioned this was a "2 pack", but wasn't sure. Ordered anyway. Came with 2 buckets, 2 sets of wheels, 2 racks, and 2 lids. Extremely worth the price! Could not be happier with this product. Shipped fast, arrived as described. Highly recommend.

Do not buy!

Had difficulty getting the lids on each of the buckets. Seemed like they were slightly too small for the buckets. The first night I left the lids on the buckets the lids actually split apart at the corners.
