Works Great, Fantastic Ladder (pay attention to mounting hardware though)

Overall Five Star product. It does what it is supposed to do and is really nice quality. Very sturdy when installed correctly. Here are a couple of observations: The plastic covers for the bottom of the ladder are worthless... I think mine fell out before it even made it to the raft. It's not a big deal so I didn't subtract for the flaw - the ends of the ladder are under water where they can't be seen anyway. Pay attention to the fact that the ladder does not include mounting hardware. Again, no points taken because how could they include the hardware without knowing your application? That said, here are some pointers: Don't get carriage bolts because you need something to grab onto the top in order to allow for tightening of the nuts and locking washers on the other side (lesson learned the hard way). I went with 9/16 stainless bolts with heads and I used nylon locking nuts with locking washers just to be safe.

Sharp edges cut both myself and granddaughters hands when using.

Product appears good and solid however there are unfinished edges that cut. I'm unable to locate to sand down thus need to replace.

Check the box contents for missing parts

I was missing 4 parts to the ladder and one of the steps had no mounting hole on one end. Otherwise looks like a decent product. We'll see how their Service responds. Changed my rating from 1 to 5 because their Service Dept responded quickly to my missing parts, providing a new ladder and letting me keep the first order for spare parts. Looks like a good buy.

Great ladder overall. Light, good proce, easy to assemble. Only problem for my install is the ladder hangs below the dock and when I put my foot on the first step it really flexes the whole ladder (only attaches at top). I had to put some reinforcement boards behind it because I was worried it would break. Now it's great.

Good ladder, good value

Assembled in less than 15 minutes and installed on our dock in less than 30 minutes. Sturdy and easy to climb.

Need to buy attachment screws- about 6 bucks at home depot

Great sturdy ladder- easy to assemble- I did need my husband to hold at one point but otherwise did it my self- attaching to dock was very easy for my son in law- he owns the drill! Found the screws at Home Depot - the employee there knew exactly what the instructions said- grandkids love it- so do I getting onto a floatie! Would recommend

Great value, Very Sturdy!

We bought two of these for our cottage and they have been fantastic. Very stury, feels safe getting out of the water. I'd reccomend cutting some strapping to go inside the alumium channel before screwing it into the dock - seems like it would prevent any buckling. We leave the top portion outside all winder and The bottom portion is pretty easy to remove. Just tie a rope around the bottom portion so you don't accidentally drop it into the depths of your lake. You need to purchase some lag bolts and washers as well, which is just a few bucks at the hardware store, just make sure you grab them before starting the project.

Great price, easy installation.

Best price and value I could find. Easy to install. When the water level in the lake dropped it was easy to take the ladder off to handles to store.

Low price, ok quality

The 4 step model is poorly proportioned. The top step is to near the top for an adult to stand on step and hold the top railing. We have other ladders that seem to be much stronger but they were more expensive. This one seems to be sturdy enough for our use.

Good ladder but small steps. Would be better if they were a bit thicker to hold more of your foot. We have it on our dock at the lake and it does its job
