The secret to good sandwich bread
Add this stuff to your bread maker ingredients (I use 2 tablespoons) and it gives you bread that looks like what you would buy in the store. As the bread maker uses your ingredients and usually makes a larger loaf than the store-bought bread you get a fantastic bread for a big sandwich that has no unwanted ingredients.

Digestive Issues
My body does not produce amylase naturally so I am not able to eat any foods that contain any form of starch. My doctor has not able to help me with any supplements to hopefully let me expand my diet to eat low starch things like bread, chocolate, and oats. But this did it! I put it in my water and drink it every day and I am finally able to eat without severe pain!
