This pump sucks

Leaked and not strong

They leaked even after I heard the snap to shut them. The suction was poor when I tried to use both at the same time. Even with one, the pull wasn’t as strong.

It’s not like Liberty…

This is a swell little pump. BUT, I can’t use the pink cups effectively because the flange tunnel is too short. I expected that. But, I was disappointed by the noise. It is not as quiet as Liberty (I have two Liberty motors that are semi-retired because they’re pretty old). However, I still use my Liberty at night because the Freemie Rose wakes my husband up. It’s not as loud as a Medela Pump in Style, but I expected it to be quieter. I can’t use it at church either…. I’ll reach for my Willow 2.0 for that trip. But in over all function and efficiency, I like this. Freemie has been my go to for years because in fits your bra and the cups are light. I don’t have to wear an extra sport bra or a tight tank top to help hold them still because they’re so heavy. (Willow). And I don’t look like I’m wearing a backwards jet pack, as my 7yo says. (Medela).

Life Changing Pump

I pumped exclusively with my first born and I used the medel sonata, which I loved, but I hated that so always had to find a private area to express milk. With my second baby I tried the elvie and it was too heavy and glitched too often and was obvious I was wearing it. I found this pump and it changed my life. I can drive, I can go on walks, I can pump more modestly at work, and best of all participate in life with my family without having to take my shirt off! It’s half the price of elvie and willow and totally worth it! I even express more milk with this one than my hospital grade medela, mostly because I can wear it and do other things and let it pump longer. The suction is great and it does have a learning curve at first, but once you figure out how to snap it closed it’s super easy! I love that I can hold my 5 month old baby and also play with my 2 year old while I pump and not have wires all over the place. I love it and it really did change my life as a mommy.

Love it

I’ve been in exclusive pumper for my 2 kids. I’ve had the Elvie, spectra s1 and freemie liberty for my first - the freemie was my primary pump. I hated the “hands free/tube free” system because it was even more heavy on my chest. I LOVED my freemie for the lightweightness, ability to carry in a pocket, and the fact that it drained me. I made about 35oz/day last pregnancy This time around. My freemie was my primary pump again. Unfortunately, due to my accident prone nature I think I dropped it one too many times and it was no longer able to charge after 2 years of hard use. This of course had to happen on an extended road trip so, I got an Evenflo pump for temp use (I never packed my spectra for back up because, what would happen???). The Evenflo worked alright. But I had the rose system ordered and delivered the day I got back (the charger on the rose vs the liberty is more robust). I feel back to normal again. I LOVE the smaller pump. I love that it is cups (flanges are hard on F cup breasts). End of day, after 5 different pumps, I’m sticking with the freemie.

My favorite little pump!

The best and most powerful little pump! This thing is my go to and I absolutely love the low profile cups. I have been out to dinner and out with friends multiple times and no one even knows i'm pumping! It's great to be able to get up and out and not worry about loosing my milk supply. The cups are easy to put together and are very user friendly. They are also really simple to clean which is nice when you are a busy mom with a new baby and a 4 year old to take care of too! I highly suggest purchasing this little baby! You won't regret it!

Ineffective pump, doesn't work

Do not waste your money! This pump is just horrible. I followed the directions as directed. Checked the tubing, ensured functioning pieces prior to utilizing, also measured and ordered the correct flange size. All this, only to be utterly disappointed. The stimulation mode is eh and expression mode is soo weak. I started low for suction and then put it on high suction and low cycle and vice versa. I then threw both on the highest settings and still weak. I ran it for 20 minutes with less than an ounce of milk to show for it. FYI, I am no super producer. I immediately threw my old pump on and immediately got 2oz out of my left breast and 1.5oz out from my right. I'm really upset by this pump.

Great product!

This is a really great product. I’ve just gone back to work and need to express during the day. It is much more discrete than trying to use my original one, which is brilliant. I’ve recommended it to some friends and a few work colleagues who are expecting. The only thing I’d say is the instructions advise you not to steam sterilise, but I got around this by using sterilising tablets in water instead.

Comfortable hands free pump!

Great pump! Very gentle but affective suction. Fits in bra well. I have tried 3 different pumps and this is my favourite. Hands free but comfortable to wear. Easy to decanter into bottle due to small hole at top to pour out of, must be careful not to spill as these holes at top are always open but never caused me any issues.
